With over 50 years of combined experience, Jared and Alishia Fite didn’t just open a salon — they built the one they always wished existed.
The industry had split into two extremes. Big salons that moved fast, ran loud, and treated clients like numbers. And solo suites that felt isolated — closed off from the energy and collaboration that makes great work happen.
Neither felt right.
